Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) is part of the binding agreement between you and TUQ LTD (Zerocoder). It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to every interaction with the Platform, including AI generations, marketplace activity, expert profiles, public sites you publish under zerocoder.com/s/…and any content you upload.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use the Platform to create, request, store or distribute content that:
- depicts, sexualises or exploits minors in any way (CSAM);
- incites or glorifies terrorism, mass violence, self-harm, suicide or genocide;
- promotes hatred, harassment or discrimination based on protected attributes;
- contains non-consensual sexual content, doxing, threats, blackmail or extortion;
- infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, personality rights or rights of publicity;
- violates export-control, sanctions or counter-terrorism regulations;
- impersonates real people without consent, including political figures and our staff;
- promotes the manufacture, sale or distribution of weapons, controlled substances, fake IDs, malware, exploits or pirated content;
- is illegal in the United Kingdom, European Union, Russian Federation or your local jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass rate limits, content filters, paywalls, watermarks, geographic restrictions or any other technical safeguard.
- Reverse engineering the Platform, scraping non-public endpoints, automated bulk extraction or crawling beyond the limits documented in
robots.txt. - Using the Platform to train, evaluate or develop a competing AI model or service.
- Reselling, sublicensing or wrapping Platform features (including AI generations and expert leads) into a third-party product without our written consent.
- Sharing Account credentials, transferring an Account, or operating an Account on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
- Creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonus Credits, referral rewards, daily claims, promotional offers, or to evade a suspension.
- Coordinating fake referrals, self-referrals, paid review schemes or fake expert testimonials.
- Initiating chargebacks, reversed payments or fraudulent refund claims for services rendered.
- Probing for vulnerabilities outside our published responsible-disclosure scope, denial-of-service activity, credential stuffing, or any conduct that degrades availability or security of the Platform or other users.
3. Marketplace conduct (experts & clients)
- Profile information, portfolio claims, credentials and reviews must be accurate.
- No arranging payment, contracts or work outside the Platform with the intent of avoiding Platform fees or accountability.
- No private information about clients or experts may be shared publicly without consent.
- Dispute resolution between client and expert must be conducted in good faith; obvious bad-faith disputes are grounds for suspension.
4. Enforcement
If we believe, in our sole and reasonable discretion, that you have breached this AUP, we may, with or without notice:
- warn you and require remediation;
- remove, hide or quarantine offending content, published sites, profiles, reviews or AI Outputs;
- throttle, restrict or temporarily suspend your Account;
- void, freeze or claw back Bonus Credits and any other promotional balances;
- terminate your Account permanently and forfeit remaining Credits;
- report the activity to the appropriate authorities, including law-enforcement and AI provider safety teams.
Severe violations (CSAM, terrorism, illegal weapons, real-world threats, attacks on Platform security) may trigger immediate termination without warning and may be reported to NCMEC, INHOPE or the equivalent body in your jurisdiction.
5. Reporting abuse
Found content that violates this AUP? Email abuse@zerocoder.com with a link, a description of the issue and any evidence you can share. We review reports within 72 hours.
6. Catch-all
We may sanction any conduct that, in our reasonable judgement, exposes the Platform, our users, our partners or the public to legal, security, reputational, financial or operational risk, even where that conduct is not specifically listed above. This catch-all does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us under the Terms of Service or applicable law.
