The current status is based on requests over the last 2 hours. "Degraded" means 5% or more of requests and at least 2 failed, "Outage" means 25% or more and at least 3 failed requests. For the website: uptime below 99% is degraded, below 95% is an outage. All times are Moscow time (MSK).
