What's the audio quality?
The tool encodes MP3 at a high-quality variable bitrate, so by ear the track matches the source. That is plenty for lectures, webinars and podcast excerpts you want to listen to on the go.
How long does processing take?
Expect roughly a minute of processing per 20–30 minutes of footage. An hour-long webinar becomes an MP3 in two or three minutes, while short clips finish almost instantly.
A video with no audio track?
If the file carries no audio track there is nothing to extract, so the service returns a processing error. Check the clip in a player first: if you hear sound, extraction will run fine.
Can I extract just a fragment?
Yes, in two steps: trim the clip with the neighbouring video trimmer first, then extract audio from the trimmed piece. You end up with an MP3 of just the quote or song you need.
Which input formats?
MP4, MOV, WebM and other common video formats up to 100 MB are accepted. Phone recordings, Telegram clips and downloaded webinars all work — the output is always an MP3 file.
Do I need an account?

What happens to my files?
